Toftrees Apartments - Cooper's Pond Townhomes

We have truly enjoyed the last 10 years as residents of Cooper's Pond. Michele, Director of Property Management, is very responsive to requests. The maintenance staff is always courteous and helpful. At times it seems like they show up at the door to handle a request before we hang up the phone! Our townhouse, which backs up to the game lands is comfortable and the floor plan is ideal for entertaining and family holiday gatherings. We especially enjoy our fenced in and private patio during the warm weather. There is ample parking and the bus stop is conveniently located at the entrance to the parking lot.

The first time I moved to Cooper's Pond was in 1989. I stayed for 14 years. The second time was 11 years later in 2013 when I moved back to the area. I was very happy to find an available townhouse. One of the major attractions is the courtyard design of the townhouses. They give you a sense of community without loosing your personal sense of privacy. Also, the location, woody and open, is beautiful all year round. The town homes with their personal patios have all the amenities you need for up-to-date living and are well taken care off by a professional and capable engineering and grounds group. You are close to everything you need-5 to10 minutes for the most part, and you feel 'at home' here in Cooper's Pond. It has been an excellent living choice.
