We have used tom for snow plowing for about 5 years. He failed to show once. It is not the blizzard of 2016. I called Tom on Friday to ensure that he would come. I called on Sunday at @1PM iand he told me he would come. Despite having cancer surgery and my wife having back pain, we had to shovel ourselves. We always paid our bills immediately. We were very disappointed that despite paying our bills on time for many years, we werent even given the courtesy of a return phone call saying that he couldnt come.
