Total Serenity Day Spa Inc

This was my first time to this spa. When I walked in I felt a little lost. I walked up to the counter and let them know who I was and was asked to sign in. I then stepped back and did not know what to do so I asked what they would like me to do and was told to sit. The person who was doing my services did a great job but I found the place and other customer service a little ghetto. I did not feel a relaxing atmosphere at all. I was disappointed because I love to give business to my sisters.
