TownePlace Suites by Marriott Philadelphia Horsham

While staying here they disrespected our privacy by entering and servicing our room even though the “do not disturb” sign was on the door handle. This was after just one night, there is no reason they should have done that. Also, upon arrival to the room for the first time, we discovered a wad of hair on the wall of our shower! Furthermore, after the second night I discovered large cob web in our room up against on of the walls/ceiling, and also upon wanting to use their hair dryer, I found it just loosely kept on the bottom of the bathroom sink. I picked it up to find nasty smudge marks of who knows what. Very little about the room makes you feel like you are staying at a Marriott brand hotel, which is supposed to have high standards.
