Traco is a division of Alcoa and makes commercial windows. They have 1st, 2nd, & 3rd shifts and some 4 day shifts. Most departments do not work on Sunday. Right now the plant-wide minimum wage is $13/hr and you are eligible for benefits day one. Traco no longer uses an employment agency; new hires are hired directly by HR. I have worked here for 4 months now and I don't have any major complaints. Most jobs require pretty taxing physical labor. You get paid holidays from the start.
