Someone hit my wife’s 2016 CRV The Honda dealer wanted to cut the vehicle apart and replace the right rear quarter panel. At the factory they have robots welding the panels. How can the dealer repair it as good as new? It seemed like a small dent but they claimed it was impossible to repair. I realized my vehicle was one of several cars waiting to be processed by the dealer and I would have to trust them to fix it properly. They were busy which seemed like a good thing but we had to wait 2 weeks. The time came for my car to be repaired and we received a call they had to postpone my appointment another 10 days. I refused to wait and decided to go elsewhere. To make a long story short in less than 2 weeks my wife is driving her CRV and it looks and drives as good as new. Brendan repaired the damage without cutting the vehicle apart and the repairs were $1000 less than what the dealer wanted to charge.
