Someone hit my wife’s 2016 CRV The Honda dealer wanted to cut the vehicle apart and replace the right rear quarter panel. At the factory they have robots welding the panels. How can the dealer repair it as good as new? It seemed like a small dent but they claimed it was impossible to repair. I realized my vehicle was one of several cars waiting to be processed by the dealer and I would have to trust them to fix it properly. They were busy which seemed like a good thing but we had to wait 2 weeks. The time came for my car to be repaired and we received a call they had to postpone my appointment another 10 days. I refused to wait and decided to go elsewhere. I searched Lancaster County for a qualified auto body shop with collision experience and quickly realized that skilled auto body technicians are a dying breed. A friend suggested Transformed Autobody and I spoke with Brendan. He was willing to look at my vehicle and work with the insurance adjuster to restore my vehicle to its original condition. He met with the adjuster and convinced him to repair the damage versus replacing the quarter panel. To make a long story short in less than 2 weeks my wife is driving her CRV and it looks and drives as good as new. Brendan repaired the damage without cutting the vehicle apart and the repairs were $1000 less than what the dealer wanted to charge. The paint matches perfectly and Brendon offers a lifetime warranty on his work. I’m glad my friend told me about Transformed Autobody and couldn’t be happier! Doug Logan October 2017
Professional and detail oriented. They kept me in the loop regarding the repair process, dealt on my behalf with the insurance company, and respected my opinion and level of satisfaction before releasing the vehicle to me. They went the extra mile simply because it was the "right thing to do". Brendon's lifetime warranty on their work confirms their commitment to excellence!
