He came out told me my dryers main board was shot would cost $300 to repair, so I told him we may junk it and purchase new. 2 weeks later I receive a bill in the for $60.42, no explanation on the bill. I call to see what I’m being billed for and I’m told for the house call, he was here a total of 20 mins. I was never told there was a “house call” fee when I called to schedule or when he was at my residence! He also left the dryer torn apart didn’t even put it back together. I feel I was charged the fee only because I decided not to repair it because the cost was too high and I decided to just buy new. Shady business and poor communication, making money for not doing any work.
