This place is a hidden gem! They respect the fish and it's prepared authentically at the perfect temperature. My go to favorite here is salmon anything but I recommend doing traditional sushi, sashimi or chirashi. Sure they offer fancy rolls stuffed with cheese and mayo stuff but TBH its a crime to add cream cheese to fish this caliber.
