The scruffy guy, at the counter, shoots from the hip with his eyes closed. When I ask for first class with tracking he gives me tailored blue no tracking. This is the 3 time this has happened with him. He doesn't care or doesn't pay attention. He has ZERO customer service skills... Send him to the back of the branch to empty trash and load mail bags.
