If this were any other business competing in the in real world it would have gone out of business, but we are forced to use the USPS because there is no other competition for first class postage. My package was delivered to my old address despite my forwarding that is on file. I only moved about 4 miles away. It has been exactly 3 weeks since they made the mistake and delivered my package to the wrong address. I have been told I would receive my package 3 times now, but still no package. Four times over the past few weeks people at the Concord Rd location said they would call me back to help me, but they never did. Finally today they did call me, they told me if my package was not delivered today to call them, they would be in until 8 pm. I got home for work and found a notice that my package was not delivered because there was $7.20 postage due now (charging ME since they made a mistake and re-routed my package). I called them multiple times before 6 pm (their posted hours are until 6pm -- I believe they told me 8 pm in error). In any case, they had given me two numbers to call and said they would be there until 8 p.m.. I called them both over and over, one was no answer, the other said they were currently closed, this was at 5:45 pm (their posted hours are until 6 pm, they told me I could call until 8 om). Now I know why UPS and FedEx do so well. I have had delivery issues with them before and they always fix it right away. I will avoid USPS at all cost from now on, hopefully UPS will start delivering first class postage someday. Meanwhile I wonder if I will ever get my package. Update: I finally received it, exactly 30 days later. 30 days to travel 4.1 miles.
