I called the PO by phone this morning about holding a package for me at the PO instead of putting it out for the carriers. I live very close to the PO and needed my package before this afternoon due to other circumstances. They were polite, respectful, and courteous to me on the phone and treated my request as if it were no problem at all for them. I gave them my address, tracking number, and phone number and will recieve a call once my carrier locates my package. They are putting it with the clerks up front so that I can come pick it up during their business hours instead of waiting for the carrier to deliver it to my house in late afternoon.
