Be prepared to wait for a really long time even if it isn't busy. The employees were rather rude and only one person assisted the customers that were in line while 2 others walked about having loud conversations that were not work related.
Went to ship a package with 5 people in line and 4 post office workers behind the counter. One with a red vest. One worker counting money talking to a customer asking about a box for a Playstation. One guy actually helping the next customer. The fourth post office worker starts taking the next person in line which is me and then hands me a marker to put the address on my package instead of a printed label then tell me to fill it out and just come back to the counter. She did it to 3 customers and then walked away to the back room and everyone who had to get back in line and start over. I was pissed. I said out loud this is ridiculous. I said at my post office i would have had the address labeled filled and everything completed at the counter and be done. And received a nice greeting before leaving. I do not see getting good service from this location. The do need a supervisor or better management.
Worst. Post Office. Ever. They never resolve any problems other than telling people to "call Lansdowne." Been tracking an "overnight" mailing that went out 4 days ago. Tracking info says "held at 19064 Springfield, PA post office at customer request." A.) We never requested that it be held, and B.) how are you going to tell us to call Lansdowne when the tracking update says it's at Springfield. No wonder the USPS is going under.
