Thought I finally found a local doctor, I was wrong. First you wait to sign in on a gross kiosk, yes wait as grandpa figures out how to use it, lady at desk, not doing anything....why is she there?
They closed the Bellevue Branch, as if Bellevue does not need a local UPMC provider, cut back hours, they have BTBH, Better than bankers hours...wait for months to see your Dr. sick or not...confusion, can’t see your Dr., all computer now, so there is no personal interaction, two many times of mass confusion and inconsistency, when you appreciate a Med-Express more than your own Dr. time to find another Dr.
