UPMC Urgent Care - Hermitage

I was appalled at the care received by the physician at upmc urgent care. If he doesnt like this job then he needs to find another one that suits him. He has a bedside manner that was totally deplorable. I would have rather been seen by a physician assistant or certified registered nurse practioner. From now on if i return, I will call in advance to see if Dr Stigliano is working, as I will no longer be seen by him. I hope this gets back to him and he straightens up as he is too young to retire. My way of thinking is you should care for your patients as if you are treating your family, so I feel bad for his family if the way he treated me that he would then treat his family that way. Shame on you.
