The UPS Store

Store unwilling to take incorrectly shipped package after corporate line directed me to their location. After being forced by associates to take the package to the "actual ups location" across town I was informed that the store, in fact, could have taken the package. Needless to say I was extremely frustrated by their lack of concern for misplaced packages and their resistance to hearing the whole issue out.
