The UPS Store

Super friendly, very professional, and extremely helpful and informative. This is our local neighborhood UPS store, and it is great example of customer-focused service. They always greet each customer as they enter the store, which is a really nice touch. Store manager Allen worked to make sure I understood all the shipping options available to me, and helped me identify the most cost effective choice. Note: Something I hadn't realized was that UPS can also facilitate shipping USPS Post Office packages and letters, and customers can even buy stamps at UPS. Very convenient and saves me from waiting in the long slow lines at the Post Office!

I went today and was greeted with a cheerful “Hello Miss”, a speedy processing, and a delightful blessing on the way out. Thanks UPS store guy for being great at life!
