The UPS Store

Waited 10 minutes for someone to come out from the back to greet me. No one else was in the store. She was eating and watching The Office in the back. Didn’t apologize or anything. She came out licking her fingers and took my box. Gross.

This UPS Store is the most accommodating one I've been to! The staff are all very friendly, personable, and genuinely glad to help you - such a refreshing concept. I drive out of my way to use this location for shipping packages. They really get "customer service" here.
