I went in to see my options for replacing my phone that I cracked the screen on. Chase was extremely helpful in reviewing my options with me and then helping me file an insurance claim for a replacement. Definitely recommend this store for their customer service!

Totally exceeded my expectations. I expected to spend the whole night transferring to a new phone. I was in and out in under an hour and Chase (the new manager) was so helpful. Would definitely go back for any future needs.
