Verizon Authorized Retailer, TCC

I have several accounts both wireless and landline service with Verizon, so I'm not trashing Verizon, just this store. Friendly until you decline the service that they are pushing, switch to rude and dismissive. Found out that this is not a company owned store, customer beware!
