Verizon Authorized Retailer, TCC

Very upset with this store. I recently purchased a phone upgrade here and the manager left out a lot of important information on deals going on with that brand at that time. I brought it back the following day to switch it out at the same store for a more expensive phone of the same brand. I was told they were out of stock after I requested a price match with a competitor. I found that hard to believe considering there was a display model on the floor. I was forced to pay the $70 restock fee for a phone I had one day. This is the last time they will have my service there. Update 10/25/17: I emailed the district manager as requested and got no response. Why am I not surprised?
