Went back to the store today and found to my delight that the high level of customer service I had come to expect was back. I have purchased all my Verizon devices at this store and will still.
The frustration I felt before was quickly forgotten when I was given a complete review of my account and left very pleased with the out come. Better plan and new devices, same cost, can't beat that. Thanks
