Viking Pastries

The most rude people that work there, no sense of customer service at all. I went to pick up a cake from there on a Saturday, their website says they are open until 6pm on Saturday’s. I arrived there at 4:45pm to closed doors and cleaners there and apparently they close at 4? They called and left a threatening message saying that the cake had to be picked up and I had to pay for the cake. If I was actually late to pick up the cake then fine but you are apparently open until 6pm on Saturday’s according to your website (which is the main form people use these days to search business hours)! Update your website and your manners and business etiquette while you’re at it!
