THIS SITE SUCKS IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY ONLY SEEM TO HAVE ONE COMPUTER THAT WORKS ONLY ONE PATIENT AT A TIME. I SAT ON HOLD SEVERAL TIME WHY PUT ON HOLD BECAUSE THEY WERE FINISHING A CUSTOMER. NO EXPLATION OF WHILE YOU WILL BE PUT ON HOLD BEFORE YOU ARE PUT ON HOLD. YOU HAVE TO CALL BACK IN ORDER TO FIND OUT WHILE YOU ARE ON HOLD. ONE SYSTEM THAT PREVENT FROM THE REP TO LET YOU KNOW IF YOU HAVE AN APPOINTMENT OR NOT. I KNOW IT IS LOW BUDGET BUT CAN THEY GET MORE HELP!!!! WAITING ON HOLD TO FIND OUT IF MY GRANDSON HAS AN APPOINTMENT AFTER HANGING UP THE FIRST TIME PUT ON HOLD.
