Love my wawa friendly all was clean

Went to get coffee at 9am. All regular coffees were empty. Told the girl and she said that's cause it's brewing. Then she proceeded to have a conversation with the manager about another employee leaving me standing there waiting. I have been going to this wawa for at least 10years. The store has gone from great to poor over the last year. Two days before this the same manager was cleaning the coffee station and bumped into my coffee cup on the counter nearly knocking it over this was careless and could have burnt me and him. Another customer was shocked at his lack of concern or lack of acknowledgement. I left the hatboro wawa today vowing never to go back even though it's convenient and near home.there are some employees that are great like most of the cashiers. My daughter went and got her father some soup the girl behind the counter scratched her arm then her head all with her gloves on then continued to make sandwiches and fill the order. If I was a mystery shopper the store would have failed. I hope this review can help improve this store.
