Waxing the City

While a Brazilian wax is never NOT awkward, Autumn put me completely at ease. She was thorough, experienced, and professional with a pretty fab bedside manner which had me laughing and (almost) thinking about other things throughout the appointment. Sure, it hurts like hell, but Autumn made that hell worlds more bearable and the results are top notch. And as I walked out of Waxing the City humming, “It’s so Lovely to be a Woman,” I knew, despite the sting and the dignity-killer that is climbing up on that table nude from the waist down, that I’d be back to see Autumn in time for bathing suit season to really kick in.
