Terrible. If we had to do it all over, it wouldn't be through Welcome Home. They do things wrong and miraculously it isn't put in the contract. They left mess after mess. Are crawlooking space was filled in they brought in multiple truck loads of rock and left the yard a muddy, rocky, mess. They were supposed to grass and seedo our yard. Another thing that wasn't put in the contract, mysteriously not put in. All this stuff not put in contract and thousands of dollars in their pockets. Hundreds of problems that needs fixed. But they only show up once a month if that. Keep pointing blame onto everyone else. Was supposed to only take 6-8 weeks to be built. Ended up being double that. Contracters showed up once a month. Definitely wouldn't recommend this company. Huge nightmare. It's a disaster. Beware of the crooked Welcome Homes. Shower doors falling off, heating and cooling doesn't blow in one of the bedrooms. Many, many drywall errors, carpeting flaws, many many nails sticking up. Siding needs fixed.
