Wells Fargo Bank

This isn't the branch I normally use. I tried calling the Tunkhannock branch for an hour to get a simple question answered. They had the phones set up to direct calls to a call center, very frustrating. Even the people at the call center couldn't reach the branch. I am used to being able to call my normal WF branch and speak with a person.
