I've given this Wendy's mutiple tries because it's so close to my home. But corporate, management, Dave Wendy's himself needs to seriously revive this store. My most recent visit, my order was incorrect. I sat in the drive thru for at least 20 minutes. That would not be a problem, if I had fresh hot food. However, everything I ordered was stale! I wanted to leave a survey review, but of course; they even forgot my receipt.
I am not going back there until they have a re-opening and changes. I don't know how they're still open with all the negative reviews.
This review is not based on one visit. I'd estimate 8/10 visits followed this pattern or very similar. Chocolate Frosty are my jam, but I'll drive the 12 minutes out of the way to the other location. Do yourself a favor and do the same. This Wendy's is not worth your time or money!!
