Took the kids on Santa train ride. Memorable experience for the boys which was mostly positive with one exception. An obviously disturbed woman named Elizabeth who worked there in assisting with duties had a mental meltdown in front of a train car full of kids.
Seems that she is part of the family working the tour but she has zero people skills. She started by barking orders at the guests then later became hysterical repeatedly shouting "I want to go home!", while crying in plain view of many families....very unfortunate!
I think we will try a different venue next year as a result of that experience.
