SLUMLORD!!!! Stay away from Wexford!!!! The hot water will stop working at least twice a month for a few days, they don't pay their trash bill so it be trash spilling out of the dumpster and on to the street, washing machine have old water in it that's not drained, tenants let their dogs poop all over the sidewalks without picking it up, this is just a fair warning, stay away from Wexford
