We found an error on our documents but were told that the error was insignificant. But within 24 hours after settlement, we were told that we were overpaid and needed to refund the money. The folks at White Rose apparently aren't very accurate with numbers and expect to be paid for their own mistakes. There are lots of other firms in York to handle your settlement. Seek them out.
