I see a lot of good reviews I wish I could say the same for my experience but unfortunately I can not. I bought a used truck for 10K plus at the dealership and was given a "we owe" for the intermittent steering shaft because it was faulty. We made an appointment after having to call the service because they failed to call me to replace the faulty part. When waiting for the part to be installed at the dealership the service tech ran into a police car that was in for service as well with my new used truck. This caused damage to my new used truck which we just purchased 2 weeks earlier as well as the door of the police car that was driven by another service tech. If we would not have been watching I am certain the service department would have tried to hide this based on their treatment of the situation and the disrespect they showed me and my fiancé. They made light of the situation as if it were nothing at all. The kicker is we have a back up camera that could have been used to avoid the accident completely. I called my insurance because of the behavior of the service department and they then got worse. I not only do not have my bumper fixed they were rude and condescending the general manager was not even aware that this was not remedied and was not nice about it either. We had to go to get our tires balanced (brand new that we paid for after our purchase) once their service department touched it. Oh also PA safety inspection required by law. This truck would not pass at a real inspection station, but this dealership it passed, and good to 7/2017. Emergency brake did not work at all, brake rotors all four were warped, and rear brake pads were wearing wrong, unevenly as well as a piece on the corner being indented by at least 1/4 inch. Emergency brake shoe was cracked and wore on one side to the thinness of the edge of a dime at best. I value my family's safety but obviously this dealership does not. It saddens me to know that they are this poor in quality and customer service. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had with any vehicle in my lifetime. They should be ashamed of themselves!
