I originally ordered a wig online for my Grandma. It came very quickly & she was very pleased (that original order is the only reason I can rate this company as more than 1 star). After receiving the wig, she asked if I would order her the "accessory" kit (includes a head to keep the wig on & some styling products) as well as some hairspray. Both of these items were labeled as "in stock" and promised to "ship that day!" I received confirmation of my order, but never received shipping information. Assuming that that email just got lost in cyber space, we waited the 5-7 business days it said it would take to ship. By the 5th day, I emailed the company (via the contact form on their website), asking for a shipping update & they still (5 days later) have not responded to my email. On the 7th day, I called the company & spoke with a very rude customer service person who informed me that my order was on "backorder". She never apologized, never stated that she was sorry for my inconvenience, she simply stated that I would have had to click thru a box when ordering online, acknowledging that my items were on backorder. I explained that I never had that pop-up box appear, that the items were clearly marked as "in stock" & that I was upset that I had never been sent a notice of delay. She simply reiterated that the items were on backorder & I could expect to wait at least 2 more weeks for a shipping notification. I'm extremely dissatisfied & upset to say the least - my Grandma was expecting these supplies to have someone style her new wig so she could wear it. By the time these items (hopefully) arrive, it will have been almost an entire month. I wouldn't be so upset if the customer service rep had been understanding & apologetic, but instead she was rude & abrupt, making the problem out to be my own.
