Took wife's Lexus there, he quoted 2600$. Called Lexus dealership for second opinion, Lexus said his diagnosis didn't sound right and that they guaranteed they would fix it for less than his quote. I had to pay 100$ to get it released, as well as another 150 to get towed to Lexus.
It was found to be a recall and covered for 0$ (not what he diagnosed it as). I called him and asked him to refund my 100$ cause he miss diagnosed (per the lexus rep) and he said "you aint getting that 100$ back" and argued with me that Lexus would have to refund me the 2600$ anyways. Hes a crook, take your car elsewhere.
I Disputed the charge with my CC company, hopefully this review will cost him more than 100$ worth of business.
