Unbelievable- my first visit after not having an exam for about 10 yrs. (I had a hysterectomy and was told it wasn't necessary, but I should have an ultrasound since I still had my ovaries. I was not impressed by the state of the exam room. It looked kind of dirty and old. There was a rip on the exam table. (they're partnered with Abington Hosp, shouldn't they be a little more presentable?) I spoke with the NP and asked if I should have an ultrasound and was told it wasn't necessary(two other dr's said otherwise) and she rushed me through the appt. Then I get a letter about 4 months ago saying my medical records had been permanently lost due to a "fatal system error". Luckily, it was a routine exam. I will find a new doc!
