If all banks treated their customers as nice and kind as Woodforest Bank did, banks wouldn't have such big losses from customers. Woodforest Bank has been there for me when I needed them and fixed any problem (very few) imediatley and with a smile. On several occasions the Vice-President of their entire corporate banking offices has called me from his cell phone to help me during off hours. He even gave me his private phone number to call if I would ever need it. Woodforest bank employees here at Latrobe call me by my name, treat me with respect and the branch manager treats me like I own the place! I always leave there with a smile on my face. Always IMMEDIATE funds availability, Privilege Pay (which is basically a line of credit for overdrafts that other banks would NEVER EVER offer, and if they did you would have to have A++ credit ratting to get it and they would never give it to you or me). Because of my account's good standing they gave me $500.00 Privilege Pay protection and I've only been with them for a year. All this kindness to someone who couldn't open a checking account ANYWHERE, Woodforest gave me a 2nd chance and with the way they have treated me, I will be a customer for LIFE!
