If you're looking for a reasonably priced place with decent square footage, then where I lived certainly had that--but that's about all. There was one person in the office who was friendly, everyone else, especially Eileen, couldn't have cared less about me. She was rude practically every time I talked with her. My biggest issue has to be about maintenance. There were several times where maintenance would just waltz in--twice this happened while I was in the shower. They were nice enough, but still! We had an issue where water was leaking into my roommate's bathroom (dripping down from the ceiling) and we put in a maintenance request--a a couple days went by. Not the best response time, but not the worst. Finally someone came out and "fixed" the problem. Then the water started leaking again so we put in another maintenance request--a week went by this time. Someone came out and "fixed" the problem. Our lease was up about 2 weeks after that, so when the problem occurred once more (for the third time!!!) we put in a maintenance request, but didn't expect much--not to our surprise, no one came out the third time. As a side note, it's been over 30 days and I still haven't gotten my security deposit back. I've left 2 messages and no one has gotten back to me. Honestly, rent at your own risk.
