Moved in about 5 months ago, and can honestly say this is one of the best rental experiences of my life. The units themselves are well maintained, as is the grounds around them. What makes it so exceptional in my view are the neighbors - friendly, considerate and thoughtful! I have some walking challenges, and a neighbor - who I'd never met - knocked on my door to tell me that my mailbox was open - and then proceeded to walk over , collect all my mail, and deliver it to me! When I leave for work in the morning, often times I see neighbors waving and chatting with each other while they walk their dogs or go about their daily activities; I can't help but feel as though this is a movie set of a perfect suburban neighborhood ... just love it here!
