I have been practicing here regularly for almost a year after a long hiatus after the birth of my daughter. This is by far my favorite studio due to the wide array of teaching styles, classes offered and the fact that there are no mirrors! I had no idea how much of a positive effect that would have on my practice to be able to just close my eyes, listen to the instruction and feel my body in the poses. I'm so glad to have found Yoga in Sewickley.
