From my very first Phone call Raquel was pleasant, helpful and super knowledgeable, she made me feel confident and at ease. When my appointment day arrived, I was so excited to meet this lovely lady that was so helpful by phone and I was greeted by a beautiful smile and an even more pleasant disposition in person. I am very grateful for this because I was a little anxious about going to a new orthodontist sight unseen. Raquel you are amazing thank you for being so kind! I have to add this, the rest of the staff is pretty great as well! I was made to feel comfortable and at ease by everyone from start to the end! The added bonus!!... this place is ran like a well oiled machine. The wait was not ridiculously long and there was a nice flow. I’m so happy to have found my new Orthodontist. Thank you all for making my first visit so amazing!
