I would NOT have this service if it wasn't for the Monopoly they have on High Speed Internet in this area... Internet goes out DAILY... Cable is as basic as it gets, even with the highest package, Channels are fuzzy no matter what... Took them four days and a phone call from me to even realize the house phone wasn't hooked up properly... The techs FORGOT EVERYTHING ON MY ORDER the day of installation, so I had to PERSONALLY go to the office and pick up my DVR Box, which was logged in their computers as the wrong box... The techs are self absorbed punks, straight outta highschool with very poor people skills and work ethic... The poor phone techs are under-trained and know little about how to help or compensate..... The OWNERS of this company want one thing, YOUR MONEY... They are rich people who only care about getting richer off of a service that for many has become a necessity.... This company bends people over, and expects you to act happy over it... BOO ZITO MEDIA!!!
