very poor customer service, the woman I spoke to was eating a meal while talking, I could barley hear her. The call disconnected, I then called back a and let the system hold my place in line for over 3 hours I got no call back. I then called myself and got hold of someone else. Why is that call system in place if it doesn't work. It's a waste of people's time.
