I had a great experience at Patient First which is saying something since before at a different company's urgent care I had such a negative experience I almost wrote them all off. Here signing in even the first time was quick and staff relate well while conveying professionalism. I paid a reasonable fee and as well got an antibiotic right there for under $4.00 with my coverage. The visit including initial sign in and an X-ray and doctor visit took maybe 30 minutes tops start to finish. I was able to ask about treatment options and felt my questions respected and well covered. Nice people too. By the way what got me to go at all was my wife and son had each had good experiences there and it convinced me to try them out. Glad I did.
It’s not a bad place to go on a pinch. The rooms don’t have doors, just a curtain. I went after being very sick overnight. I was given instructions but was confused. When a nurse came in to help me, and realized my mistake she was kind. But when she stepped back out I could hear her laughing about it with other nurses. Because of only having a curtain between us, I’m sure other patients heard it too. I’ll go back if needed, but it’s definitely not my first choice.
