A tech named Joe C arrived and promptly explained what was wrong and what was needed to fix the lock on my front door. He took care of the issue quickly and saved me from having to purchase a new lock set. He also fixed the lock on my screen door and gave me some options with what I can do if I'd like to make other changes to it. Overall, this was a great experience. I'm amazed at the number of trades people who make appointments but never show up and don't answer calls. Dealing with Advanced was a very pleasant change. I would highly recommend them.
