Ciocca Volkswagen

I went here about a week and a half ago to buy a car. Large selection of vehicles and clean showroom. Overall atmosphere is nice. It felt similar to any other dealership as far as car buying goes, but the reason I took off a star is this: I had asked for my car to be detailed before I picked it up, but I guess I should have specified a "full" detail because there were still slight scrapes in the bumper and small scratches that could easily be removed by a good detail. Maybe an hours worth of time. But I didn't notice it until I got home since I was in a rush. Now what made me notice that they really did the bare minimum as far as minor detailing went was that there was a CD from the previous owner in the CD drive and all of their insurance information still in the glove box. Makes me a bit worried about what I could potentially find down the line. I'm giving four stars because the dealership itself was clean and accommodating, but I'm worried that they might send some cars out without checking them out prior, since a CD and insurance information in the glove box aren't exactly hidden items. I'd go here again, but I'd be much more specific about making sure the car is clean. I may end up spending some money to get the work done that I was told would be done by the time I left with the car (including detailing the interior), which is a bit annoying. Hate to be one of those guys that complains, but still, it's not like I only spent $5 there. So four stars.

My sons car has had many problems. But they kept searching until they found the problem. They also gave him a loaner car free of charge. Very very nice and helpful service men.
