Went for back waxing...was charged $55 for upper and middle back, when I got home saw there was still hair left so went back. After the touch up there was STILL hair on my back but was told it is part of your shoulder and still not removed (and no option was offered). I gave one star due to the fact that attention to detail and overall result were very poor, even though lighting, cleanliness, and friendliness were ok.
