While my hardwood floors were not in need of a full refinishing, they indicated that they were an 8 out of 10, I decided to go with the sandless process to eliminate the dust and dirt from sanding.
They appeared to be competent and completed the job on time and everything looked good. Soon after we moved in, the finish began to flake off and I called to have the problem fixed. They came out and after several attempts to resolve the problem (they sent samples to their chemist for evaluation). It was obvious that this process is not acceptable as a replacement for refinishing as they blamed my dogs for the problem. However the flaking occurred in every part of my home. The dogs never entered the closets yet the finish did not hold up.
At first they indicated that they would pay for a quick buff and finish by another company but just said that they would not do anything to resolve their shoddy job and told me to go to court.
if you want to deal with someone who when you are evaluating potential contractors is very nice but when you have a problem and need their help to correct it and they tell you to go to court, then these are the guys for you.
I would not recommend them or this process as they are in it for a quick buck and do not care about the quality of their jobs or their customers satisfaction.
