I'm helping a friend book a week stay and I just got off the phone with this place. Not only was it hard to understand the Man, his rudeness was uncalled for. Was not helpful nor kind, instead he was impatient and quick to hang the phone up. If you don't like what you do, Please leave customer service then and find something else. Thank you!

Roches were outrageous. Glass paraphernalia was under the mattress. Walls were running with food particles. Under the beds have not been cleaned in a very long time one was on a box but the other was GROSS. Never ever again will I stay here
