Stopped in first the time truck shopping this experience, asked about a version of the Titan , was told that version was no longer made. I believed the guy ... my fault. Drove through the lot about 2 weeks later looking at what used ones they might have when I sported the version of titan I had asked about. It was a new not used truck. So , I talked to another sales person and told them 2 things I wanted to know. The 1st thing we could have found out then , but we didn't? The 2nd thing I was told I'd be contacted about ............ 2 weeks later and still no contact. Why take my info then? So instead....... I just gave my money to Laurel Nissan over in Johnstown. This is NOT the 1st time Courtesy didn't want my money ...the last time they did not want it , I gave it to Blair Honda.. but now that I know , I'll take my money elsewhere from the start .... just like you have to do with everything else in this town. Scott at Laurel Nissan was a big help if any one is interested.
So where do I start? I bought my jeep grand Cherokee there 2 years ago brand new and they were the most wonderful, helpful salesmen. Now 2 years later i have a broken tie rod end. And NO inspection. And all they can do is make my appt. for 2 weeks, because they have to order the part. SURPRISE!!! Do you think they care about the inspection. I'm glad they stamped their name on that jeep because when people ask about Courtesy i steer them away.
