When picking up carry out food at Arpeggio's (which is owned by Stoltz management) my car was damaged by an uncovered railroad tie in the parking space. I spoke with the property manager at Stoltz, Chris Sacko, and he assured me they would pay for the damage to my car.
After six months, we are now in arbitration for me to recover the cost of the repair. The property parking lot has large pot holes including the exposed railroad ties. Excellent businesses like Arpeggio's are suffering because of it. At the time of the accident I was told several people had the same damage to their cars, but because my car is lower to the ground, mine was more severe (the entire front bumper had to be replaced). And Arpeggio's had repeatedly requested that the ties be covered and nothing was done.
Please beware and never do business with them.
